What are your delivery options?
Standard Australian delivery, 2-5 business days - Free
We use Sendle or Australia Post for all our deliveries. If you require a delivery with signature, please specify it in the comment box on your order form.
What is your order cut-off time?
Please allow up to 24 hours for us to process your order after it is placed as we often fulfil our online orders from multiple locations. Generally, if you place an order before 10am, it will be sent that afternoon. During sale periods, processing time is closer to 24 hours.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order directly using the tracking code that was sent in your shipping confirmation email.
If you can’t find your tracking code, please call or email us.
Volange will not take responsibility of loss or damaged items during transit.
RETURN
What is your returns policy?
If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, simply return it to us for free and we will happily provide a credit note or refund under the following conditions:
- Sale items cannot be returned nor exchanged unless deemed faulty
- We do not offer free returns on any VEJA product
- Please contact us via email at admin@volange.com.au to let us know you want to return your item (with your order number), we will email a return label for our Paddington store.
- Refund of the products and return fees will be sent upon receipt
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
- Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached
- Merchandise must not be worn, damaged, altered or washed
- Return policy valid for online purchases only
